Why you should consider 1:1 Nutrition Counseling
Finding out what to do to improve our health can be a time-consuming and, at times, overwhelming process, and that’s before even getting started. I’m here to remind you that you do not need to walk this road alone.
Making your health a priority can pay off in more ways than one, including:
- Lowered medication use
- Helping to prevent hospital admissions related to chronic disease
- Lowered healthcare costs (90% of the nation’s $3.5 trillion in annual health care spending goes toward chronic and mental health conditions)
How does it work?
After you complete the initial contact form, you'll receive a questionnaire that we'll go over together, so I can better understand your medical and diet history, food allergies, etc. And, our journey begins!

This 15-minute call serves as an introduction and allows us to establish your goals and our focus in working together.

Meal Planning
Meal plans can provide stability and structure along the journey to better health. These are not meant to be the “end-all” answer or quick fix that is sometimes promised in the world of dieting, but rather help make food choices more manageable while keeping your nutrition needs in mind.
I also offer a "safe mode" option with meal plans, which keeps nutrition information hidden. This may be beneficial for those with eating disorders, adolescents, or anyone needing a break from a "number-focused" approach to nutrition.
Menu Review
For Healthcare Facilities
Healthcare facilities are required to have menus reviewed for nutritional adequacy and approved by a registered dietitian.
Let me put my years of foodservice experience to work for you, so you can focus on what you do best- help people.
Nutrition supplement recommendations
Nutrition supplements can serve a purpose in a nutrition plan, but they are not the end of the line.
All too often vitamins and supplements are purchased for their celebrity endorsement, clever marketing, and unproven health claims.
I want to provide you with recommendations to high quality supplements that you may benefit from, IF you need them.
